Web3 is very unorganised at this point of time so ChainPact is really working hard to provide a secured & stable culture in the industry.

Suggestion: Since most of the companies are now paying in combination of both crypto & fiat so if anything like checkbox or something can be made where employer needs to first pay the fiat, tick the checkbox & employee post recieving the amount clears confirmation checkbox, post after this only the transaction of USDT/ token should proceed. In this way it can resolve the payment issues completely.
